It is great idea - the taste of true love! This cocktail has interesting composition of sweet and bitter tastes. It is ideal choice for summer evening for two (teens ;).

True Love

30 ml Parfait Amour
30 ml Galliano
90 ml fresh grapefruit juice
15 ml gomme syrup
Shake. Collins glass with ice. Garnish with piece of your heart :) or something red.

Conclusion: True Love is like a candy :) but have some bittermes in the end ;)

Cadillac Margarita

60 ml tequila (100% agave)
30 ml Grand Marnier
20 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml gomme syrup
Shake. Margarita glass with coarse salt.

Admirable!

This commercial cocktail I was found in one of my barman guide. It is version of famous Papa Doble - the favorite E. Hemingway cocktail in El Floridita Del Medio, Havana. The recipe looks interesting and I decide to try it.

Bacardi 8 Hemingway

50 ml Bacardi 8
25 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml fresh grapefruit juice
10 ml maraschino liqueur
Shake vigourously with a lot of cracked ice. Serve in a tumbler or cocktail glass.

Wow! Extremely interesting sour-rum taste. I should try the double rum version! :)

This “martini” style cocktail has apple smell and  light taste. Sometimes I like drink this kind after nervous day.

Black Apple Martini

30 ml canadian whisky
20 ml apple schapps
40 ml cranberry juice
Shake. Cocktail glass.

Admirable!

The theme of this MxMo is Fruit Liqueur. In my liquor cabinet are about 40 bottle of fruit liqueur :) But I have not time to explore this!

I found this sweet french cocktail in Michael Jackson`s Bar and Cocktail Book last summer. This fruity cocktail very impressed me and my guests.

Kirsch and Cassis

60 ml Creme de Cassis
30 ml kirsch
soda water
Shake with lot of crushed ice thoroughly. Serve in balloon wine glass with few large ice cube and add soda.

Extremely fruity!

Recipe of this cocktail was found in one of my new book. This sweet cocktail is good for romantic saturday night.

Capel Pisco Paradise

50 ml pisco
25 ml peach liqueur
15 ml grenadine
20 ml cream
Shake. Serve in old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with cherries.

Not so bad, but so sweet!

My new tequila work well in this cocktail. It is so refreshing with light bitterness of lime.

Exorcist

45 ml tequila
20 ml blue curacao
20 ml fresh lime juice
Shake. Cocktail glass.

Admirable!
