Duck a l`Orange

This cocktail has very unintelligible name and the same composition. It was created, I think, for dance bars and BOLS Red Orange liqueur promotion. The zest of cocktail is a mudled orange.

Duck a l`Orange

60 ml genever
7 ml Bols Red Orange liqueur
150 ml lemon-lime soda
1/8 orange, sliced
Mudle orange when add genever and liqueur and shake. Strain in a collins glass and add lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lime.

So pretty concoction - sweet and citrus.

Tropicana Belle

In my home bar come to hand very interesting thing - Boulard Calvados Pays d`Auge.

This unusual cocktail is sweet memories about summer in today`s cold, dank 
evening.

15 ml Galliano
15 ml Calvados
15 ml genever
8 ml maraschino cherry juice
Blend with lot of ice, serve in snifter.
