		<description><![CDATA[Both of this cocktail was created by Philip Duff &#8211; the ambassador of BOLS. I found this recipes on  bolscocktails.com, both of them are rare possibility to use BOLS Kiwi and Bols Lychee liqueur in so average cocktail. This cocktails are not extraordinary but so interesting &#8220;for girls&#8221; drinks.

		<description><![CDATA[Fraises Fizz is my favorite fizz cocktail. This recipe was found in M. Jackson`s Bar and Cocktail Book. I prefer use smooth and light gin (like Seagrams) in this cocktail.

Fraises Fizz
45 ml gin
30 ml strawberry liqueur
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
soda water
Shake. Serve in collins or hiball and add soda. Garnish with lemon twist and strawberry.

Admirable!
Actually I don`t have orange bitters in my liquor cabinet. Therefor I  prepare a substitute of it as described here.
