Oh, Pear!
1/4 fresh pear, seeded
60 ml citrus vodka (I’ve used Nemiroff Lime)
30 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup.
Muddle pear. Shake with a lot of cracked ice. Strain in a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of pear.

A Pegu Cocktail is one of my favorite drinks. Undoubtedly, this cocktail demands a detailed investigation and a place (maybe … fifth or sixth) in my TOP of Drink by Scomorokh.
Pegu Cocktail
60 ml gin
20 ml curacao (green curacao DeKuyper)
2 wedges of lime
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Muddle limes, curacao, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add gin and ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime peel.

You may ask why it looks so green :) It is my … zest :) (Actually, I don’t have orange curacao in my bar, only green and blue).

90 ml fresh watermelon juice
30 ml MIDORI Melon Liqueur
30 ml gin
15 ml fresh lime juice
Shake. Cocktail glass, garnish with a piece of watermelon.
