Wild-Strawberry Margarita
30 ml tequila
30 ml wild-strawberry liqueur
40 ml homemade margarita mix
Shake well. Strain into a cocktail or margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Homemade margarita mix – mix equal amouunt of fresh-pressed lime juice, lemon juice, Cointreau and simple syrup. Keep cold.

Breakfast Martini
50 ml gin
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml fresh lemon juice
1 full barspoon orange marmalade
Place all ingredients in a shaker and stir untill the marmalade dissolves. Add a lot of ice-cubes and shake thoroughly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and zest with an orange peel. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.

Maiden’s Prayer
25 ml gin
25 ml Cointreau
25 ml fresh lemon juice
25 ml fresh orange juice
5 ml simple syrup
white of the one egg
Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake well without ice. Than add ice and shake. Strain into an apropriate cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Royal Clover Club
50 ml gin
25 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
2 bsp. raspberry syrup / grenadine
1 egg yolk
Shake vigorously all ingredients in a shaker without ice (dry shake) and than add ice and shake again. Strain into a fancy coupe-glass.

Clover Club (vermouth version)
10 ml dry vermouth
10 ml sweet vermouth
40 ml gin
25 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
2 bar-spoon raspberry syrup
30 ml egg white
Shake vigorously all ingredients in a shaker without ice (dry shake) and than add a cople or more big ice cubes and shake again. Strain into a fancy claret-glass.
