Angel`s Tit

  One of the most popular afterdinner cocktail of Prohibition,
Angel`s Tit is not so simple as you can think. Complex sweet
and strong taste work well, unusually and wanton appearance
(plus name of course!) make it very male drink.

Angel`s Tit

40 ml maraschino liqueur
20 ml whipped cream
Build in cordial glass, garnish with maraschino cherry. Feel yourself like maffiozo.

Martinez

This legendary cocktail is the precursor of the most famous of all cocktails – a Martini Cocktail.

My favorite version of a Martinez Cocktail has sweet vermouth taste with light citrus and floral undertones. Try citrus vermouth by Cinzano (Lemetto or Orancio) for unusual results and new experience.

40 ml Italian (sweet) vermouth
2 teaspoons maraschino liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir (sic!). Cocktail.
