Bacardi 8 Hemingway

This commercial cocktail I was found in one of my barman guide. It is version of famous Papa Doble – the favorite E. Hemingway cocktail in El Floridita Del Medio, Havana. The recipe looks interesting and I decide to try it.

Bacardi 8 Hemingway

50 ml Bacardi 8
25 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml fresh grapefruit juice
10 ml maraschino liqueur
Shake vigourously with a lot of cracked ice. Serve in a tumbler or cocktail glass.

Wow! Extremely interesting sour-rum taste. I should try the double rum version! :)

Parfait Amour Cocktail

This miracle cocktail has sweet and unique taste with light bitternes of maraschino and complex flavor of Parfait amour liqueur. Undoubtedly this cocktail work well in romantic case like … like… like sex.

30 ml gin
30 ml Parfait Amour liqueur
15 ml maraschino liqueur
Shake. Cocktail glass, garnish with maraschino cherry.

Admirable cocktail!
