Two my favorite shooters

I am very happy now. My blog work again! Thanks to my brother (and admin of this blog) for this.

Let me celebrate this event with two my favorite shooters:

Electric Banana

1 part banana liqueur
1 part silver tequila
Build (layer) ingredients (chilled) in a shooter.

Brave Bull

1 part coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
1 part silver tequila
Build (layer) ingredients (chilled) in a shooter.

Duck a l`Orange

This cocktail has very unintelligible name and the same composition. It was created, I think, for dance bars and BOLS Red Orange liqueur promotion. The zest of cocktail is a mudled orange.

Duck a l`Orange

60 ml genever
7 ml Bols Red Orange liqueur
150 ml lemon-lime soda
1/8 orange, sliced
Mudle orange when add genever and liqueur and shake. Strain in a collins glass and add lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lime.

So pretty concoction – sweet and citrus.

Bellini

Cocktail Bellini was invented by Giuseppe Cipriani – head bartender of famous Harry’s Bar in Venice Italy. This cocktail is simple and beauty composition of fresh peach juice and sparkling wine.

50 ml fresh peach juice
150 ml dry sparkling wine (white)
Build in flute. Garnish with piece of peach.

It is amazing cocktail! Usually I add a pinch of powdered sugar for perfect balanced drink.
