As you know, I am a Demerara Rums fan :) One fine day I visited Liqurious and see that Trader Tiki posted Rum Pot!!! Of course I try it!
Rum Pot
45 ml Demerara aged rum (El Dorado 12 y.o.)
7 ml vanilla syrup
15 ml passion fruit syrup
20 ml fresh orange juice
20 ml fresh lemon juice
Shake well and pour into Double Rocks Glass.
Admirable! Fantastic cocktail!
P.S. Guyana is NOT island :)

It looks tasty to me! and isn´t demerara rum completely wonderful? nice pic!
