45 ml gin
30 ml unsweetened pineapple juice
15 ml resh lemon juice
30 ml orgeat
Shake well in a shaker filled with a lot of ice. Strail into a cocktail glass. No garnish.

15 ml pineapple juice
1 tsp. grenadine
25 ml sweet vermouth
50 ml Plymouth gin
Shake vigorously all ingredients in a shaker without ice (dry shake) and than add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.

15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
90 ml champagne
Shake gin, juice and syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Strain mix into a flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Breakfast Martini
50 ml gin
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml fresh lemon juice
1 full barspoon orange marmalade
Place all ingredients in a shaker and stir untill the marmalade dissolves. Add a lot of ice-cubes and shake thoroughly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and zest with an orange peel. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.

25 ml gin
25 ml Cointreau
25 ml fresh lemon juice
25 ml fresh orange juice
5 ml simple syrup
white of the one egg
Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake well without ice. Than add ice and shake. Strain into an apropriate cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
